Shipping Methods and Times
At Silo Optical, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. We offer a variety of shipping methods to cater to your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping option typically takes 7-10 business days to deliver your order within United States. Please allow additional time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations.
- Express Shipping: If you need your order in a hurry, we offer express shipping services for a small fee of $9.95. Orders shipped via express shipping usually arrive within 3-4 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: if you are completely out of contacts and cannot see we will ship you contacts overnight as long as its ordered before 2EST. The cost of overnight shipping is $19.95. Please also note some brands do not offer such options. Please refer to shipping options at checkout.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected, the destination of the order, and the total weight and dimensions of the items in your cart. You can view the shipping cost for your order during the checkout process before making a payment.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 business days after payment is received. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays may experience slightly longer processing times.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and get an estimated delivery date.
Shipping Delays

Shipping to Multiple Addresses
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. If you need to send items to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each shipping address.

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions for express or overnight shipping for specific products or order totals. To take advantage of these promotions, be sure to check our website or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on the latest deals. Stardard shipping is always free!
